How much do you charge?

Our service is usually free of charge to the event organisers. Our standard price per mounted print on the night of an event is £10. Prints can be ordered from our online Gallery after the event. These are £10 for a 9x6 un-mounted print. There are lot's of other sizes to choose from on our Gallery.

What Size are your Photographs?

We print and mount 9x6 prints on the night. After teh event prints can be ordered through our online gallery in various sizes starting from 6x4 and up to poster prints.

How quick do you print?

We print batches of photo's at a time. Each one takes under a minute to print.

What's a mobile studio?

Our mobile studio consists of a white background with built in lighting for white background photo's. We also carry a canvas background which is mounted on a goalpost system. All our equipment is of a professional standard. Depending on the space available we can use both systems for no extra charge.

What forms of payment d you take?

On an event night we can take cash or cheques.
Our online gallery accepts credit and debit cards.

How much space do you need?

We need a space of 4 metres wide for our background and an additional space of 4 metres to accomodate our printing equipment and sales stand.

Is there a minimum order on the night?

No. As long as your event has over 50 guests we'll be happy to attend and produce prints for you.

How does a donation to my charity work?

We simply work out after the event how many photo's we have sold and send you a cheque for a percentage of the revenue.

How far do you travel from South Wales where you're based?

It depends! Depending upon the size of your event we are able to travel the length and breadth of the UK. Call us for details.

What's your pre-paid service?

This option allows you or your gusts to purchase photo's upfront. There's a huge 50% discount for buying before the event. For example you could purchase them for your top table at a wedding reception, or prize winners at a conference.

Prepaid Packages

Pay upfront for prints so your guests don't have to.

We offer a huge 50% discount on our usual prices for prepaid packages. That mean each photograph works out at £5 rather than the usual £10.

There is no minimum amount you can pay upfront for. We'll provide the vouchers for you to give to your guests.

Any Event, Indoor or Outdoor

Call us to discuss your event. We're happy to provide our regular service for any type of event. Usually we ask that at least 50 people will be attending for us to attend for Free.
